YUCK

I have never been good at exercise. And I am at my heaviest in my life right now. It's weird at how badly I want to lose weight, but never get up and start to work out. Then I beat myself up for it. Has anyone been in my shoes? Can anyone give me ideas, advice, or encouragement? I would also love some eating ideas. Like good healthy recipes. And good snacks. I snack alot. I just can't continue on like this or before you know it, I'll be big enough for the Biggest Loser! I mean that's how it happens. You just let go and you don't realize how much you are gaining and then you can't explain how it got that bad. I may not be big to some, but for me this is big. Like I said, I am at my heaviest to date. I'll even post a recent pic. That's how I realized I was getting bigger than I wanted to be. You think you look one way and then you see a picture and you're like "REALLY? There must be something wrong with this camera!" Oh my. I just don't know where to start. But I know I need to start or it will just get harder and harder. I had noticed I had gained a little bit and then I got pregnant and just figured I could eat whatever cause I was pregnant. I found out the hard way that you shouldn't do that. I thought I would have Beau and go back to what I was before and then only have like 10-15 pounds to lose. Boy was I wrong! I feel a little better being able to come on here and vent, which I should probably do from now on cause I am sure TK is tired of hearing it. Oh, what a world!

  3. If you can afford a bit of money, join Weight Watchers. it takes discipline, but it's healthy. Also, if you move, you will shed pounds. Get out and just walk. If you can't walk outside, go to a mall and push Beau in a stroller inside for several laps each day. I know exactly how you feel.

  5. People like us are so into our babies that you have to incorporate him into working out. I can't see not being w/ my babes so I can workout so I take them on long walks. After they are used to it they get so excited when you put them in the stroller, that is motivation! I just noticed I have been saying "they" through my comment, I meant to say "he" since you have a he but I'm used to TWO!

  6. Hey girl! I had one more idea for you. Find someone close to you that wants to walk as well and set a time 3-5 days a wk. I know when I have someone waiting on me I will make sure and be there no matter what.
